Documentations for application: FYIT/FY Institute application form, ICA Student pass application forms, Three Notarial Certificates: Applicant’s birth certificate (with photo); Applicant’s highest educational certificates; Applicant’s academic transcripts, Applicant’s or parents’ bank statement account - minimum about S$50,000 deposit for 6 months, Parents’ employment certificate form in English issued by employer certifying the position, income and job responsibilities, Student’s personal resume and study plan, Ten passport sized photographs, Application and registration fee: S$300, Standard Student Contract (ESCROW) with applicant/parents’ signature, Photocopy of Passport, Applicant’s work experience certificate - employer’s original letter in English certifying the position, income and job responsibilities of the applicant (if applicable).
